CRS, the days I cherish. Let's see how many of us are still at Virtusa. Starting from the left, Rikas is still here. I just heard last week that Dilani is leaving. I saw Thusitha around at Orion. Eranga left ages ago. So did Hashan. I'm still hanging on. Frank left. And Madhura too. Niluksha is still standing strong. Samith, Ranga and Krishanth are gone. I see Nairooz almost everyday. The people who aren't in the picture, Chandima, Prabath and Hisham are gone too except for Mahasen. Not to mention the guy who took the picture, Rasika.

How many things changed since the kick-off meeting in June 2004???
This picture doesn't carry Nalin, Sudantha, Ale (Manoj), Fonny (Ruwan) and Oshadha. Those who started the project with the three Indians Rama, Balu and Chandra.
Mahasen and Prabhath joined on the dame day. Still can remember the golden old days with CRS team. Fortunately Mahasen got a chance to had lunch with one CRS guy (can not remember whether it was Nalin or Sudantha but message spread across the team very fast) otherwise he might ends up with another project.
Got the chance to evaluate Suhail's skills very recently and he is a great in terms of the professional qualities. Know when to tell "Yes" & "No".
Virtusa's trademark motivation line "Keep up the good work" won't applicable here since almost all the CRS people did their best to the project, to the client and to the company.

CRS was my first project too and gave me a good chance to get into the culture..It was only 6 month I stayed there but it was memorable.
